Cold Plunge Session

Service Description

A 30-minute session in our Chill Tubs Lite cold plunge, set to approximately 10°C for a safe and accessible cold water immersion. You’ll have the tub to yourself in a private, screened outdoor space surrounded by nature, with time to ease in at your own pace. Cold plunging can help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, boost mood and mental clarity, and leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and energised.
