Terms + Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and use of services provided by Revive Float. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General​

You must be 16 years or older to use the float tank or cold plunge.

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied on site by a responsible adult.

All sessions must be booked in advance.
-
You agree to follow all hygiene and safety guidance provided before, during, and after your session, including showering before entering the tank or tub.

Revive Float reserves the right to refuse service if we believe safety, hygiene, or water quality may be compromised.
-
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy​

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled free of charge to another available time.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be rescheduled at the discretion of the owner, subject to availability. Rescheduling in this window is not guaranteed.

No-shows will be charged in full. Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled or refunded and will be forfeited.

If Revive Float needs to cancel due to operational issues, illness, or safety concerns, you will be offered the option to reschedule free of charge.

Bundles and multi-session packages follow the same policy on a per-session basis.

​This policy helps protect the limited availability of appointments while remaining fair and flexible wherever possible.
3. Gift Vouchers

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
-
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Must be presented at the time of booking or redemption.
-
Can be used toward any session, bundle, or product.
-
Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
-
Bookings made with vouchers are subject to availability.
-
Revive Float may adjust service availability, pricing, or offers at any time.
4. Health, Safety & Liability
4.1 Waivers

A signed health waiver is required prior to your first appointment.
-
Waivers are valid for 6 months, after which a new waiver must be completed.
-
You must notify Revive Float of any changes to your health, medication, or relevant medical conditions.

4.2 Restrictions
You must not use the float tank or cold plunge if any of the following apply:

You have open wounds, contagious conditions, infectious illnesses, or incontinence.
-
You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
-
You have uncontrolled epilepsy, vertigo, or any condition that may cause loss of consciousness in water.
-
You cannot safely enter or exit the tank/tub without assistance (unless arrangements have been agreed in advance).
-
You have recently dyed your hair, used spray tan, or applied products that could contaminate the water.
-
You have had a recent tattoo that is not fully healed.
-
You fail to follow hygiene instructions, including showering to remove all creams, oils, and makeup.

4.3 Floatation Therapy – Additional Safety Notes

Individuals with severe kidney disease, serious heart conditions, or pacemakers must obtain medical approval prior to floating.
-
If you are 37+ weeks pregnant, you are advised to consult your midwife or doctor before floating.
4.4 Cold Plunge – Additional Safety Notes
​
You must not use the cold plunge if:

You are pregnant.
-
You have medical conditions that make cold exposure unsafe, including (but not limited to): uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, Raynaud's disease, susceptibility to frostbite

You are taking medication affecting blood pressure or heart rate (e.g. beta blockers) without consulting a doctor first.
4.5 Personal Responsibility

Revive Float is not a medical facility and cannot provide medical advice.

You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing during and after your session.
-
You must inform staff immediately if you feel unwell or have concerns at any time.
4.6 Water Contamination
​
If contamination of the float tank occurs (accidental or otherwise) that requires drainage and sanitisation, Revive Float reserves the right to charge up to £800 to cover the cost of replacing the salt and water, plus associated loss of revenue.
4.7 Liability

Revive Float is not liable for injuries, adverse effects, or loss/damage to personal property arising from: failure to follow instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, misuse of equipment, personal items brought onto the premises

Liability does not extend to unavoidable risks inherent in floatation or cold exposure.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence.
5. Use of Facilities

Showering before your session is mandatory.
-
No alcohol, recreational drugs, or disruptive behaviour on the premises.
-
You must treat the cabin, waiting area, and equipment respectfully.
-
Damage caused through misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
-
Revive Float reserves the right to refuse service if your behaviour or health presents risk.
6. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please email info@revivefloat.co.uk.

We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Complaints raised via social media will be acknowledged but handled formally through email.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

Revive Float collects only the information necessary for bookings, payments, communication, and safety (including waiver data).

Personal data may include: name, contact details, emergency contact, relevant health information, booking and payment history
-
Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
-
Data may be shared with trusted service providers strictly for operational purposes (e.g. booking and payment platforms).
-
Revive Float complies with UK GDPR requirements.
-
CCTV may be used in external or communal areas for security. Never in float rooms, toilets, or other private spaces.
8. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in GBP and are subject to change.
-
Payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
-
Discounts and offers cannot be applied retrospectively.

9. Changes to Terms
​

Revive Float may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
-
Updates will be posted on the website and apply immediately to all bookings.
