Change of mind
If you've changed your mind, you can return your unused eyemask within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
The eyemask must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned with all original packaging and the satin storage pouch.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or worn unless they are faulty.
Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide return instructions.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged items
If your eyemask arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Where possible, include:

A brief description of the issue
Photos of the fault or damage
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
